Her arrival in September 2025 aims to elevate the sport in the Principality, bringing her extensive high-level experience to the growing club and its 500 members.
Indian weightlifter Priteesmita Bhoi, 16, made history at the Asian Youth Games in Manama, Bahrain, by setting a new Youth World Record in the girls' 44kg Clean & Jerk with a lift of 92kg. She secured a gold medal in the Clean & Jerk and a silver in the Snatch, achieving a total of 158kg.
