EuroMillions Jackpot Remains Unclaimed
The EuroMillions jackpot of €99,679,548 went unclaimed in the draw held on Friday, January 23, 2026, leading to a rollover for the next draw. Despite no outright jackpot winner, the draw proved fruitful for a significant number of Irish participants, with over 64,000 players across Ireland winning various prizes in both the main EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus games.
Irish Winners Secure Substantial Payouts
Among the thousands of Irish winners, one player achieved a notable win by matching five main numbers in the EuroMillions draw. This fortunate individual secured a prize of €31,075. The winning main numbers for the draw were 4, 5, 13, 21, 42, with the Lucky Stars being 3 and 10.
Further successes were seen in the supplementary draws:
- In the EuroMillions Plus draw, where the top prize of €500,000 also went unwon, 63 Irish players matched four numbers, each winning €2,000. The winning EuroMillions Plus numbers were 10, 12, 14, 15, 38.
- The Ireland Only Raffle created 10 new winners, each receiving a prize of €5,000.
A spokesperson for the National Lottery confirmed the results, stating that 'There was no winner of the EuroMillions jackpot. In total, over 64,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games.'

The EuroMillions jackpot will now roll over, increasing the stakes for the upcoming draw. Players are encouraged to check their tickets, as all prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.

While the lottery provides a bit of harmless fun and a chance for life-changing money for some, it's also important to acknowledge the potential for addiction and the financial strain it can place on vulnerable individuals.

It's exciting to see so many people win smaller prizes and dream big, but we must remember the astronomical odds against winning the jackpot and the money spent by those who don't.
