Cityscape Qatar 2025 Kicks Off with Focus on Innovation and Investment

Cityscape Qatar 2025, the 13th edition of the nation's leading real estate exhibition, officially commenced today at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). The event, which runs from October 12 to 14, 2025, is held under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Inaugurated by HE the Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah al-Attiya, the exhibition is set to be a pivotal platform for the region's property sector.

With the theme 'Shaping the Future of Real Estate', Cityscape Qatar 2025 is expected to attract over 15,000 to 16,000 attendees, including investors, developers, government officials, and industry innovators. Organizers anticipate more than QAR400 million (approximately $110 million) in real estate transactions over the three-day period, underscoring strong market confidence and expanding opportunities in Qatar's property sector.

The exhibition features over 70 leading developers and more than 80 exhibitors from various countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, and Georgia. Prominent participants include:

Key discussion areas include:
