Martina Crv to Shine for San Marino
San Marino RTV (SMRTV) has confirmed that Martina Crv, whose full name is Martina Cervellin, will be the country's representative at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025. The 12-year-old artist is set to perform the song 'Beyond the Stars' at the event, which will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia, on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
Martina Crv was selected through an internal process conducted by SMRTV, following a casting phase involving several young singers in August. This marks San Marino's continued participation in the contest, aiming to highlight young talent on an international stage.
The Creative Team Behind 'Beyond the Stars'
The song 'Beyond the Stars' was co-written and produced by a collaborative team. Italian artist Eliza G, known for her previous involvement in the Eurovision world, announced via Instagram that she worked alongside Karin Amadori, Valerio Carboni, and SaintPaul on the entry. The song was produced in partnership with San Marino RTV. While the track has not yet been publicly released, it is anticipated to be unveiled closer to the contest date.
Martina Crv's Musical Journey
Despite her young age, Martina Crv brings significant experience to the Junior Eurovision stage. Hailing from Milan, Italy, she gained recognition in 2023 by reaching the semi-finals of 'The Voice Kids Italy'. In 2024, she further distinguished herself by winning the 'Best European Junior Singer 2024' title at the Tour Music Fest held in San Marino. Martina is also noted for her skills as a young guitarist.
Junior Eurovision 2025 in Tbilisi
The 23rd edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be hosted by Tbilisi, Georgia, at the Olympic Palace. Georgia earned the right to host after Andria Putkaradze secured their record-breaking fourth victory in 2024 with his song 'To My Mom'. The event will feature 18 participating countries, uniting young artists under the slogan 'United by Music'. The stage design for Tbilisi 2025 is inspired by Georgian heritage, incorporating elements such as the traditional folk drum, the Doli, and the country's mountainous landscapes.

Her wins at Tour Music Fest show real talent, but Junior Eurovision is a whole different beast with incredible competition from across Europe.

San Marino never does well. This won't change anything.

While this is an amazing opportunity for Martina to shine, I hope the focus remains on her development as an artist rather than solely on the competitive outcome.
