You get 25 Twei out of 100 Twei for each Plus you give to to the author of the post. The author of the post gets the remaining 75 Twei. The higher your level, the more Twei you get.

Do I get any rewards for reaching LVL 24?

Yes. You get 28,800 EGO.

How much Twei a day can I withdraw at LVL 24?

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw Twei at level 24. This option is available from level 25 only.

What do I need to do to complete LVL 24?

There are two criteria you should meet to complete LVL 24: XP + Required Quest.

1. 15,000 XP. You just need to have at least 15,000 XP to complete LVL 24. No matter if you are earning or spending money, your XP is always rising.
2. Required Quest. You have to complete the quest “20 Comment Rewards”.

Any advise on how I can complete the quest 20 Comment Rewards?

You need to get 20 rewards for comments since the game started. You get a reward for any of the first five comments on a post.
