Yes. You get 26,450 EGO.

How much Twei a day can I withdraw at LVL 23?

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw Twei at level 23. This option is available from level 25 only.

What do I need to do to complete LVL 23?

There are two criteria you should meet to complete LVL 23: XP + Required Quest.

1. 12,000 XP. You just need to have at least 12,000 XP to complete LVL 23. No matter if you are earning or spending money, your XP is always rising.
2. Required Quest. You have to complete the quest “Recruit a New Player”.
