15th Pink Ribbon Monaco Walk for Cancer Awareness
Integrated into the weekend's events was the 15th Pink Ribbon Monaco Walk, held on Sunday, February 15, 2026. This significant charity walk, dedicated to the prevention and awareness of women's cancer, mobilized hundreds of participants. The walk commenced around 10:15 AM from Port Hercule, following a 5 km route past landmarks such as the Prince's Palace, the Cathedral, the Oceanographic Museum, and the terraces of the Monte-Carlo Casino.
The event emphasized inclusivity, welcoming people of all ages and fitness levels, with children under 13 participating free of charge. Participants were encouraged to write messages of support or tribute to those affected by female cancers instead of wearing numbered bibs, highlighting the walk's focus on solidarity and community rather than competition. Funds raised by Pink Ribbon Monaco will contribute to women's health studies conducted in the Principality, specifically supporting lobular breast cancer screening studies at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre. The 15th-anniversary edition also featured an official poster created by renowned street artist Mr. A, adding an artistic dimension to the charitable endeavor.
A Weekend of Sport and Solidarity
The combined Monaco Run 2026 and 15th Pink Ribbon Monaco Walk underscored the Principality's commitment to both athletic excellence and vital social causes. The weekend successfully blended competitive running with a powerful message of support for women's health, uniting thousands in a shared experience of sport and solidarity.
