My heart goes out to all affected by this horrific fire. However, one has to wonder if the rapid development of nightlife in Goa has outpaced the safety infrastructure and regulatory capacity.

LPG cylinder blast in a kitchen? This is basic safety failure. Unacceptable!

While the inquiry is necessary, it's concerning how many establishments likely operate without proper safety norms. This tragedy highlights a systemic issue, not just one club's failure.
