Indonesia Launches 'All Indonesia' Digital Immigration Platform for Streamlined Arrivals

Indonesia Unveils 'All Indonesia' Digital Platform

Indonesia officially launched its comprehensive 'All Indonesia' digital immigration platform on October 1, 2025, marking a significant step towards modernizing and streamlining international arrival procedures. The new system integrates various declarations, including immigration, customs, health, and quarantine, into a single, user-friendly online form. This initiative is designed to reduce processing times, minimize physical paperwork, and enhance the overall travel experience for all international visitors.

Integrated Declarations and Mandatory Use

The 'All Indonesia' platform consolidates processes that previously required travelers to complete multiple separate forms, such as the SATUSEHAT Health Pass and the Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD). Now, all necessary declarations are unified within one digital system, accessible via the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or a dedicated mobile application available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

The platform became mandatory for all international travelers, including both foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens, at key entry points like Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, and Juanda International Airport in Surabaya starting September 1, 2025. The nationwide rollout to all international airports, seaports, and land borders was completed on October 1, 2025.

Travelers are required to complete the digital form online within 72 hours (three days) before their scheduled arrival in Indonesia. Upon successful submission, a unique QR code is generated, which must be presented to immigration and customs officers upon entry.

Efficiency and Enhanced Security

The primary objective of the 'All Indonesia' platform is to significantly improve the efficiency of border control and enhance inter-agency coordination. Officials involved in the initiative include Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), and Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Agus Andrianto. Trial runs of the system demonstrated that travelers could complete the required declarations in approximately 2.5 minutes, a substantial reduction compared to previous manual processes.

The digital transformation aims to reduce long queues at airports, improve data accuracy, and strengthen border security. While the platform encourages pre-arrival submission, kiosks are available at major international airports, such as Soekarno-Hatta, to assist travelers who may not have completed the form in advance. The service is provided free of charge.

A Step Towards Modernized Travel

The launch of the 'All Indonesia' digital immigration platform represents a pivotal moment in Indonesia's efforts to modernize its public services and enhance its appeal as a global travel destination. By consolidating multiple declaration requirements into a single, efficient digital system, the country aims to provide a smoother, faster, and more secure entry experience for all international visitors.

Digital systems crash. They should have kept a paper option for emergencies.

Integrating all declarations into one platform is a great step for efficiency. However, the article doesn't fully address potential data security risks with so much sensitive information consolidated.

I bet this will just create new queues for people struggling with the QR code.
