As trade negotiations between China and the United States continue, several US senators from both parties are reportedly preparing to introduce bills targeting China. These bills reportedly focus on issues such as minority groups, dissidents, and Taiwan, emphasizing security and human rights concerns. This action is seen by some as a reflection of growing anxiety and extremism among certain China hawks in Washington.

Chinese experts suggest that Congress, influenced by lobbying groups and hardline forces, has become a barrier to constructive efforts by the US administration.
