China-Cambodia "Golden Dragon-2025" Joint Exercise Concludes with Live-Fire Drill

The China-Cambodia "Golden Dragon-2025" joint exercise has officially concluded, with its final phase consisting of a live-fire drill that took place in the land and air sectors. Conducted in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia, this event was reported by Xinhua News Agency as a significant milestone in the collaboration between the two countries' militaries.

Earlier, a live-fire drill in maritime and aerial components took place near Sihanoukville, Cambodia, marking the inaugural air-sea joint military exercise in the "Golden Dragon" series. This drill utilized the Cambodia-China Joint Support and Training Center at Port Ream for live operations, showcasing enhanced capabilities of the Cambodian navy. Experts, such as Fu Qianshao, emphasized that these joint exercises fortify friendly relations between China and Southeast Asian nations, contributing to regional peace and stability in the South China Sea.
