Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw Twei at level 11. This option is available from level 25 only.

What do I need to do to complete LVL 11?

There are two criteria you should meet to complete LVL 11: XP + Required Quest.

1. 1,022 XP. You just need to have at least 1,022 XP to complete LVL 11. No matter if you are earning or spending money, your XP is always rising.
2. Required Quest. You have to complete the quest “Change Nickname”.
